  • Research Credits are earned at a rate of 1 credit per $1 spent on qualifying purchases and are redeemable at a rate of 10 credits per $1 of discount at checkout. All product purchases qualify; shipping fees do not earn credits.
  • The welcome bonus of 100 Research Credits is granted automatically at account creation. Limit one welcome bonus per customer account.
  • A 10% discount code is made available in the Rewards Dashboard. Discount codes cannot be combined with Research Credits on the same order.
  • Research Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be combined with discount codes on the same order.
  • Credits earned on refunded or canceled orders are reversed.
  • One membership per customer account.
