Yes. All material ships as lyophilized powder and must be reconstituted before use. Bacteriostatic water is required and we do not carry it, so it must be sourced separately. Syringes are also not supplied.

No, and the difference matters. Bacteriostatic water contains benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth and allows a vial to be accessed more than once. Sterile water contains no preservative and offers no protection after the first entry. They are different products and are not interchangeable.

Almost certainly yes, and this is the most common question we receive. Lyophilization leaves a very small mass as a thin film or a faint disc, often against the side of the vial rather than the bottom. A 5 mg quantity occupies far less volume than most people expect. Holding the vial to the light at an angle usually reveals it.

Peptide quantity in milligrams is listed on each product page against each available size. Vial capacity and fill volume are separate from peptide mass, so the mg figure is the one to work from.

Each documented batch is analyzed by HPLC for purity and by mass spectrometry for molecular identity. Results are summarized in a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis published in the COA library before purchase, searchable by compound.

Purity is reported per batch on that batch’s Certificate of Analysis rather than as a blanket figure across the catalog. Reported values are chromatographic area percentages measured under stated conditions at the time of testing, which is not the same as a mass percentage of vial contents.

A supplier testing its own material has an interest in the result. An independent laboratory does not, and its report can be checked against the laboratory itself.

Per-milligram cost falls as vial size increases, with quantity tiers on top, because a substantial share of cost sits in the synthesis run and testing rather than in the material itself.

Lyophilized powder should be kept at controlled temperature with light and moisture exposure minimized. Reconstituted material is considerably less stable than powder and has a much shorter usable window.

Stability depends on the compound, the storage temperature, and whether the material has been reconstituted, so a single figure across the catalog would not be meaningful.

Lyophilized powder tolerates short temperature excursions far better than reconstituted material, and brief transit exposure is not usually a concern. Prolonged exposure outside recommended conditions may affect analytical characteristics. A Certificate of Analysis describes material at the time of testing and cannot speak to condition after shipping.

All orders ship domestically within the United States via USPS. Estimated transit is 3 to 5 business days for Ground Advantage, 2 to 3 for Priority Mail, and 1 to 2 for Priority Express. These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Handling time is separate from transit time.

Orders over $299 qualify for free USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $599 qualify for free USPS Priority Express. All other rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.

Tracking is issued once an order ships and can be followed from Track Your Order. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us with the order number and we will check it with the carrier.

There are two windows. Unopened items may be returned within 14 business days of delivery. Separately, a 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies to eligible products, covering unopened items and up to two opened products. All returns require RMA approval before shipping back, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
